CERB Log Forms

RAIC Syllabus (RAIC Syllabus Architectural Experience Manual)

Starting in Part 2, extensive practical experience under the direction of a practicing Architect in Canada is a mandatory and ongoing component of the program, regardless of whether a student has fulfilled the minimum program requirements. Logbooks are due every 900-1000 hours, within 8-weeks of the end-date in the experience period.

CERB Logs, Confirmation of Employment, and Confirmation of Mentor forms can all be submitted to the RAIC Syllabus Student Portal under "CERB Upload" on the left-hand menu. Logbooks submitted over 8 weeks past the experience period, or over 1000 hours, are each subject to the late fee of $115.76. When uploading overdue CERB Logbooks, include the filled manual payment form for processing.

Internship in Architecture Program (IAP Manual)

It is important to remember that RAIC requirements for work experience have been informed by the provincial and territorial associations of architects. It is the student's responsibility to ensure they are complying with the requirements of both the RAIC Syllabus program and their ROAC jurisdiction.
